This header runs across the top of the page. A joyful crowd of diverse races, genders, and ages watches an outdoor performance on a sunny day. The light is golden. The stage is outside the frame on the left side, and most of the crowd is facing it. Some members of the audience are clapping and waving their hands in the air (like they just don’t care).

I support people who are changing the world.

My partners bring their sweat, smarts, joy, and vision to the most urgent work of our day: the effort to remake our communities and the world we share.

They breathe life into values that strengthen us all: justice, community, truth, reconciliation, creativity, expertise, compassion, and more. They defend families, fortify communities, and protect our shared humanity. And they lead this vital work in an economy stacked against them.

My job is simple: to support their success.

In these pages, I share a few words about some of the heroes I partner with. Most represent several of these groups at once.

What’s your calling? Your vision? What’ll help you make it real?

Drop me a line below. (I live for this stuff!)

Meantime: keep grinding, heroes. . .

A friend is at a protest outside a business conference on the climate. He’s professorial, wearing a suit, a tie, and round glasses. He’s African American and middle-aged. His eyes are smiling, resolute, and confident. He raises a fist amid a packed crowd of activists. Behind him a protester carries a sign that asks “What Type of Ancestor Will You Be?”
